By purchasing, you agree that you may be contacted periodically by Phoenix Mods for the sole purpose of providing updates regarding your purchase and details of product development. You can opt out at any time by deselecting the 'I agree to receive news and offers' on the checkout page of the purchase, or by selecting 'Unsubscribe' at the footer of any emails from Phoenix Mods via Sellfy.

All sales are final, excluding: accidental duplicate sales, one of which will be refunded after you contact us with your PayPal and Sellfy email address and state your Transaction ID.

You agree that these track mods, or any of the mods created by Phoenix Mods, are not to be used in public or corporate events of any kind without the expressed permission of Phoenix Mods. Do not redistribute, upload, modify or sell any of my work without prior permission.

If you use Content Manager (CM) and/or Custom Shaders Patch (CSP), which can sometimes have unpredictable results with certain mods, Phoenix Mods will endeavour to address any issues that affect the produced content, in due course... if there is available time.  However, I did not make CM or CSP, and therefore am not responsible for any adverse effects.  It may be advisable to contact the relevant software creators, to make them aware of any issues.
